In democracies there are always the "outs" and "ins". The benevolent despot does not have "outs". A close parallel is the mother hen and her brood. Those who despise a benevolent despot are those with the knowledge and willingness to exploit.

So is it for this one to speak out amongst the crowd, speaking only for himself? Or shall the many rise and speak for the one?
And should this one suffer indifference of the whole and find banishment, then it is not the one to lose, but the many.
Our unification will bring the truth, so the "ins" don't seek to justify the "outs" nor the "outs" the "ins", and here the one shall gain for all.
